Diversion signs has been at this junction for over 3 years. The signs are all badly damaged and are often found in the road after bad weather. The sand bags have broken down and the plastic from the bags are now embedded in the verge. This is no different to litter/fly tipping. It is an eyesore, a hazard and detrimental to the environment.

Significantly higher traffic levels, rendering this junction dangerous, 19th September
Traffic levels in the area and particularly on the A140 have increased significantly in the past few years. This junction has seen numerous collisions and is now simply dangerous. With a roundabout both north and south of the junction, simply making left turn only would easily negate the risks and make the junction safer, simpler and reduce the dangerous traffic queues.
