Subsidence/hole near a drain cover, 2nd May
My driveway has collasped and is a potential danger to anyone who may walk near it. on further investigation the back of the drain pipe has crumbled away a significant amount, leading to the material underneath my block paving to be washed away and has collasped exposing a large hole, for safety reasons i have put a patio slab over it. anglian water have been out gentleman called nigel jones today 02/05/2024 and he is filing a comprehensive report and will be send it onto the highways department stressing the urgency in which this needs to be resolved. this has been going on for approximately three weeks. your earliest responce would be very much appriecated as there are small children, elderly people and animals living in the location.

War Memorial damaged fencing, 27th April
Damaged fencing previously reported at the War Memorial gardens on Dunkirk Avenue. Damaged in 2 sections. The granite stone facing down Lower Street also leans. Considering it is a memorial to war dead it should be kept tidy to demonstrate respect.

"BEND 120 yards" facing wrong way, 25th April
As you approach this bend from Desborough there is a sign on the right side which is not waring the driver as it is facing the wrong way ! This is a VERY sharp right angle bend which has seen many y vehicles leaving the road over the years - it urgently needs re - aligning.

At the top of Church View Road in Desborough there are weeds etc slowly growing onto the path. I reported an issue a few years ago when a tree was overgrowing & it was cleared. However the verge is not being maintained by the council or the resident next to it. There are brambles that will shortly be obstructing the path. It would be beneficial if the council could find a long term solution to the issue i.e. concrete or grass that the council would maintain. If it isn't cleared soon it will be difficult for people to use to walk, push prams or wheelchairs.
