I walk the footpaths of Slapton every day as do many weeds and verges are being taken over by weeds and cracks which is unsafe, also pavement parking is a problem for pushchairs and mobility scooters as we get elderly we cannot get over the stiles around the village some of which are broken and slippery with lichen and rot. No road markings, 21st March
There are no road markings at all along Horton Road. They have all been worn away. The road is full of potholes and with heavy large traffic (many horse boxes going to and from nearby riding centre) it is dangerous to have no delineation between lanes and often vehicles are driving along the middle of the road - due to the absence of any road markings.
