This happens all along the road and there are gaps and an uneven surface between the road and the pavement. Today I witnessed three people at different locations tripping up or down while entering market stalls.

Private driveway of Hills and Burgess, 3rd May
The new owners of the Indian restaurant on Bridge Street are trying their luck again, blocking the pavement with a car. A previous car of theirs received a parking ticket. Now they’ve brought along a different one. This has been nearly a week.

Brooklands Avenue, 1st May
Two issues - 1. There used to be 20mph speed limit painted on the road at both ends - that's disappeared through various road repairs.
2. The double yellow lines at the North end of Brooklands Avenue need repainting - partly due to paint being worn away and partly due to road repairs.
