Descent from Mentmore travelling north, 25th April
I was cycling on a long ride from Herts so unfamiliar with this road. On the downhill out of Mentmore I came extremely close to a very bad accident. The entire road surface is a mass of potholes and as I entered the downhill doing about 15-20 mph the bike hit the potholed section and the vibration was so intense I could barely see and could not brake, so picked up more speed. All I could do was hang on, try and stay upright and hope it ended. My bike has no suspension so potholes are always a hazard but this was on another level. It is the closest I have had to a really bad accident. Please repair the road as a matter of urgency and in the meantime put up very visible warning signs to alert cyclists and other vulnerable road users. If I had fallen off I would have sued as I see the problem has already been reported and ignored.

Adjacent to The Forge and Stag garden, 25th April
Whilst the pothole nearest the Forge has been filled Ref 5741571the remaining 2 potholes and the disintegrating road surface in the centre of the road are still causing extreme vibration from the continuing heavy vehicle and farm traffic. I think this was accepted by your operative Paul who I met on site by chance. It would be good to know a timescale for the remaking remediation please? The speed at which the heavy traffic hits the side of the potholes going uphill is a residual problem to the occupants of my house and has got worse over recent months in spite of the recent repair nearest the house.

Now that parking and anpr has been enforced and changed within Cheddington station, people are now parking down Station Road, 24th April
People are parking over the dropped curb so it is impossible to cross over and walk up church path. This is a common route particularly for school children. To cross the road safely, one needs to stick your head out into the middle of the road to see if its clear, which given the speed some people drive down here, is reallt dangerous. I think that some double yellow lines need to be painted for 15-20 metres here so that people can cross safely. Or a zebra crossing?

Big Conifer tree is overhanging onto the footpath and the road, and is blocking the light to number 1B. Also the tree is so big it overhangs with all its branches on the road
