Potholes at Parkside Drive, junction with Parkside Drive., 23rd April
There are several potholes here that have been reported several times this year already. These holes are getting steadily worse and becoming difficult to swerve. They are at the mini roundabout that joins the Sundon Road spur of Parkside Drive, with the Parkside Drive junction leading to Houstone/Leisure Centre/Houghton Park, and Enfield Close/Elm Park Close etc...It is a heavily used junction, servicing the entire estate and the main bus route as well as school route.
Work is scheduled for the length of Parkside Drive in the Annual Work plan, but these repairs cannot wait until then. Please either arrange for some substantial patching at this location or an emergency fill.

At the top of Allenby Avenue on the junction with Jeans Way in the centre of the road., 19th April
A new pothole has developed over the last three months very close to another previously reported and repaired pothole. As the top of Allenby Avenue is a popular vehicle parking place it is sometimes necessary to drive in the centre of the road when turning in order to avoid hitting the pothole. This can be dangerous when other vehicles are approaching from the opposite direction.

Conquest road , half way down the road at the alley, 19th April
I was driving down conquest road , cars are parked on both side of the road so only 1 car can fit on this road , there is an alley way half way down this road , and behind this alley is a park where lots of kids play , yesterday I unfortunately was driving down this road and a 9 year old little boy ran out into the run and got struck by my car , the boy is ok….. this time , but this is going to happen more then once if we do not put up signs up to remind the children to stop and look both ways , I am happy to pay and put the signs up myself , this has efffected me massively and I couldn’t go through this again. It’s a road that needs signs because children are running around there every day.

Manhole on grass area outside no 31/32 Woodlands Avenue, 17th April
I reported this back in 2022 and cones were placed at area so people were aware cover missing. It has been nearly 2 years and the cones are still there and no cover replaced. I feel 2 years is well within any remit of works to be carried out
