The tree is so overgrown that it is covering the street lamp. It's so dark walking home from work it's not safe. It's been like this for over 6months.

The trees are higher than the bungalows and the leaves fall on to the roof and block the gutters all the time with leads to the gardens flooding if one was to fall in high wind they would go through the roof the need cutting lower than the bungalows

Poynters road along by the hedge fronting the Premier Inn, also on A505 at opposite access to site on A505 Dunstable road, 30th April
There are vans parking around the access to the Halfway House and Premier Inn, these are parking on a visibility splay and making access and egress from the site both blind and treacherous as you cannot see or be seen by those exiting the roundabout.

Paths are muddy with leafs, making the paths slippery
Household bins are left out on the paths so wheelchairs and prams can not get past without going on the muddy, uneven grass.
General rubbish from the bins are left scattered over the grass.
Road work signs have been left here for months.
Continuous fly tipping. Household items like sofas, beds, mattresses, fridges etc
Parking is terrible. Emergency services can not gain access due to parking. Local residents were told years ago that the grass verge would be cut out for parking however this never happened.
