Van/ Truck and Brown Bins(2) Blocking Path for access, 26th April
2 heavy brown bins of waste, plus the parking of van (DPD) and Truck,on path and road, in front of 10/12 Buchanan Drive, opposite Gayland Ave, makes it impossible to walk on the path down to Devon Road.
