There are now 2 MiSSING ROAD GULLY GRATINGS within a 100 yards stretch of eachover. These are very dangerous, as the gullies are approximately 500mm deep and filled with water. One of them was 1st reported over 4 weeks ago, but no response from LCC .If a car was to go over one of them it would not only ruin a tyre but wreck the wheel and damage the suspension and bodywork too. IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED BY LCC

Covering an area from 50m North of the Steam Crossing to 50m South of the Stream Crossing, 20th April
There are a number of serious potholes in this area that have been reported by myself and others over the past year or so. This road was resurfaced about 2 years or so ago, but this stretch was left!!! This is rather a narrow road with bends and trying to avoid potholes could quite easily cause a collision with an oncoming vehicle. LCC have consistently ignored complaints, I think that us Tetford residents should stop paying our Council Tax until appropriate action is taken!!!

Someone has stolen drain covers in this area so the drain holes measuring around 2ft by 2ft are now left as deep open holes without any covers. This is dangerous for vehicles including bikes, and any person walking along the roadside.

Missing cover to road gully or manhole, 8th April
In the gutter on the Left-Hand side of this road leaving Tetford village, outside the last house, there is road gully with a missing grating, someone has stuck a small plastic road cone down into the gully. If a car was to ride over it this could cause considerable damage to the tyre and also probably to the wheel as well. It has been like this for over 1 week now.

Near where the stream goes under the road, 7th April
There have been several bad potholes in around a half mile distance and this has been the case for around 10 years. They have been repaired over this period several times but not to a proper standard and as a result very quickly these potholes reappear. The whole section of this road should be looked at in detail, the water running here should be redirected, and a proper long standing repair carried out.

Location is shown by pin and located on bend opposite to entrance of property 'The Grange', 18th February
Flooding due to rainwater that very slowly dissipates once rain has stopped.
This flooding has been reported by ourselves on multiple occasions over the past 3 years and by previous owners in the 10 yes they lived at the property.
There is no drain or soakaway installed at this point and whilst some hardcore was put down at one stage it was only shallow and did not address the flooding issue. Believe it either needs a proper drain / soakaway installed or a pipe to feed water to the ditch that lies closer to West Road.

Entrance Way to GP Surgery, 9th February
The drain below the road at the entrance to the GP surgery was crushed years ago and is the cause of the blockage that floods West Road. The council have never fixed the issue so after they have pumped out the drains they fill up with silt over time from the blockage up towards the drains covers at the middle of West Road causing the road to flood. This has been reported many times by both members of the public and the Parish Council yet the CC refuse to fix the cause of the issue and instead try and fix the symptoms.

The drains are blocked and they been like this for months. This has resulted in the road being permanently flooded. Anyone seeing the drains with any eyesight would see that the drains are blocked.
