On bend opposite warth beck house ln9 6ls, 2nd April
Despite numerous reports over at least two year this is a real safety issue. every time in rains there is standing water right on the blind bend which causes vehicles and cyclists to suddenly move into the opposite side of the road with risk of collision with on coming traffic. directly behind the hedge is a river but the water cannot flow to it because the roadside is too high. why oh why cannot you not just dig a trench to allow it to escape, its such an easy job to prevent a servious road accident

On the left hand side of chapel Lane. Approx halfway down the lane., 9th February
For many months the lane is often like this after raining. There is a drain to the top left of the photo but is under water. It pools for long periods. As there is no pathway pedestrians have to use the small verge on this popular walking route. Some vehicles also chose to use grass verge to avoid the water. Concerned that this will damage the road & a concern for pedestrians. Thank you.
