Between South Owersby and the entrance to Hall Farm, 12th March
The road has been reported numerous times there is sever subsidence to the road along with potholes both in the verge and in the road. This needs addressing before there is a serious accident, this road is used by many vehicles daily as the main road from the A46 through Osgodby to Owersby. Farm Vehicles and Horse boxes are particularly vulnerable.
This is also a known cycle route.

On the road outside sandstone steadle, 29th February
The drain is blocked up causing flooding, this happens whenever it rains not just in extreme weather. The drain is clearly full dirt/debris and needs cleaning out. IT IS BLOCKED.

Previous resurfacing work cut the tarmac at the join point but then did not refill back to the existing tarmac leaving a significant hole. This should not be a new job, it should be actioned against the previous works for which the road was closed for 4 days for only a small section of the road.

Junction A631 with Top Road A1103, 19th February
Travelling in an Easterly direction on A621 to join Top Road the reflective signage at junction is missing , at night with oncoming traffic the junction is near impossible to locate safely . Reflective signage is missing this is confirmed by Street View Google maps .

Ln8 3pe, 18th February
Water is coming up the drain outside Kirk House flooding the road . This problem reported over a year ago was supposedly fixed earlier this year. The engineer came and put a camera down and presumably found a blockage which again presumably was removed. However as this mornings photos illustrated even after just a few hours rain there is still a blockage in this drain. The photo of the outfall at the beck shows the drain is not working to capacity. A huge amount of water is coming down Kirk Hill from a dyke at Glebe Farm and adding to this problem.

On the edge of the east bound direction road opposie St Andrews church and outside Carpenters cottage., 14th February
The pothole is adjacent to a rainwater grill / drain at the side of the road. It appears the road is sinking and as it is adjacent to the drain there maybe some failure of the drain grill or close surrounding area that is causing this.

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 16th January
we were driving along Gulham Lane when we heard 2 loud bangs and the car shook both times.
When we pulled up we discovered the front tyre was flat. We were just about to change the wheel when some runners pointed out that the back one was flat too. So we called The AA

Road uneven and sinking together with numerous potholes. The whole of Lincoln Lane needs a proper survey and repair schedule actioning - far too many places affected to photograph.

Junction of Lincoln Lane and Main Street opposite Manor Farm, 10th January
Problem previously reported and fixed only last week. Repair was completely ineffectual and road surface in again churned up. Needs a much more robust repair to withstand Lorries that move off from that junction slightly uphill.
