There is a movable advertising sign that has been placed next to the footpath and it is a distraction for road users and a danger for pedestrians and cycle users , also it could be blown into the road during the high winds that occur in the area
There are two signs placed at the driveway entrance which should be enough for customers to view .
I was told to remove items from the same area due to the same distinctions .
This issue has been present for a few months now .

Tenby Lodge, Langrick Road, New York , Ln4 4YD, 11th February
As stated someone complained about my property anon, this is not council property and the fence was put up in a way that it sloped to allow people to see the road. Unfortunately someone who has just moved in to one of the units at the rear drives a low car, and does not pull forward enough to see the road, they suggested I put a glass panel or the likes in place of the fence panel?. I declined, and ever since the highways dept have harassed me,I have a lot of medical problems and was in the county hospital whwn all of this kicked off with heart problems ,on top of lung problems, and kidney problems. The representative from the highways department upset my wife with his uncaring and loud attitude. This property was sold to me by the owner of the car parts company at the rear of me,a carpet company moved from Boston to a unit about three months ago, and they between them have caused all of this, and worsened my health problems. My wife even purchased two pricey carpets from the company the result is bad customer relations . And I will not let this go, the council seems to think that what they say is the beginning and end all, well it isn't ,the details I have are the ones that are correct . No one would purchase a property knowing that the council had a boundary line right up to your front windows, and there are steps from the kerb to the property?. I will up date on the local In your Area site .

B1192 Langrick Road , coming from the direction of Leagate Arms and before the junction of Sandy Bank Road., 11th February
There was a post erected to attach some kind of safety sign on to it , it is believed to be stuck in a local property on the corner of Dogdyke Road and at it's junction with Langrick Road ( B1192 ) , this sign needs to be placed on the pole as a matter of urgency to try and help reduce the speeding traffic that goes past at all hours , a lot of these speeds are are double the speed limit and more, the speeds relate to all classes of vehicles , a disaster waiting to happen in a caring county.
