I came out of my apartment in Avalon Court and was driving towards the Riseholme Road roundabout on Newport at a slow speed. Avoiding a large Pot Hole on my left hand side I drove into another one on my right.

Broadway Close, 24th April
The pavement has just been replaced - thank you for this; it’s a massive improvement. However they had to replace some tarmac on the road which got broken. The repair hasn’t been quite finished properly leaving a hole that will get bigger from cars driving over it or frost damage. Could this just be finally filled and the job will be complete.

Run off water constantly flowing over the main road opposite Nettleham lodge, when it rains and for several days afterwards, in the Winter months this has been prone to icing over and creating sheet ice over this section of road, the water appears to flow down from driveway opposite Nettleham lodge onto the A46

Entrance/ exit to Avalon Court off Newport, 21st April
The signs have been placed in such a way that it has made the entrance a single land and if a car is waiting to get out a car cannot get in. This is making things wry difficult and the roadworks are set to continue for three more weeks. The placing of signs also needs to consider those less mobile and using mobility aids.

Tree on Wragby Road just outside of 50 Wragby Road, LN2 4PQ., 21st April
Plane tree at pavement / road side has grown since latest (a few years ago) cutting back of branches (that overhang Ed front garden of 50 Wragby Road and the repairing cracked and lifted up pavement (also a few years ago). Tree roots gave lifted up pavement and cracked it again. Roots have also displaced and lifted paving blocks in front garden driveway of 50 Wragby Road. Please arrange further cutting back of tree to prevent/minimise further damage to property and pavement. Previous logging such oribkrms has not resulted in any action.
