Hi , the public footpath from the Church / Graveyard to the NEW Ingleby Fields housing Estate has not been completed and has become unsafe for public use because of mud and tree roots causing making a trip hazard , especially for older people visiting the graveyard and school children using the footpath to the bus stops and into village. The building company has recently put some grass at the end of there part of the estate footpath that seems to be the end of there responsiblity to the project , surley this should have been discussed at time of planning ?? This needs addressing asap as someone is going to get hurt . Many Thanks for your attention.
