Customer states there is a large pothole on the right-side of the hill coming from louth on the brow of the hill. Customer states that the pot hole is so deep it's effecting the foundation of the road and is causing traffic to go into the middle of the road. Customer states it also gets full of water making it more hazardous.

Louth industial estate ,Past couplands caravans on the junction, the road vears right , turn left right on that junction, 25th April
Again one of many many unavoidable potholes in louth if traffics on other side.. these pots holes are causing immense damage to cars and as they get worse will cause accidents when people have to start avoiding them as the most are hideous all over louth

Huge deep pothole that's bigger everytime I go down that road it's been like it weeks if not months ... sometimes can't avoid if other traffic and my car was juddering trying to get out today ... Poor and degrading road surface, 24th April
The whole of Grosvenor Crescent and Grosvenor Road has a poor uneven road surface with more pot holes developing and loose chippings. This is an ongoing problem for several years that needs permanently resolving especially now it’s worsened however the cases just get closed on LCC Fix My Steeet or temporary pothole repairs most. The worsened surface is sufficient to cause personal injury when cycling or crossing roads or damaged cycles and cars.

Eastgate, louth - lack of signs, 24th April
There is a part of Eastgate yellow line restriction that breaks and does not have a sign. The TRO (map attached) shows that the yellow line should continue but google shows that it was broken after resurfacing. If the lining is joined up please and a sign is placed where I have highlighted on the picture this will prevent vehicles from parking here opposite the junction to Cannon Street. Currently we cannot enforce this area.

Directly outside No.9 Hawthorne Avenue Louth, 22nd April
Outside No.9 Hawthorne Avenue Louth a pothole was repaired last week (Tuesday 16th April). This repair has already failed as a hole of over 4cm deep 20x20cm wide has appeared and spreading the debris over the road and pavement. This particular pothole was reported last August and you confirmed it required repair. On two occasions since August 2023 they have repaired the wrong pothole. I had to report it 3 times before it finally got repaired last Tuesday. Due to the close proximity of this pothole to the frontage of my house (130cm) this time delay has caused significant damage to my property, severely damaged wood work on my sash window, rotten wooden doorstep, damp and continuous dirty water marks on frontage of house caused from vehicles flying water and tarmac debris onto my house. There has always been the high risk of my window getting smashed as tarmac debris actually hits the glass. I you can imagine my delight at finally getting the pothole fixed last Tuesday has now turned to anger and the rediculously rapid deterioration of this newly repaired pothole. Can you please fix this issue asap.

Blocked drain, 22nd April
Perhaps this road is in need of a proper drain cleaning scheme as it had been a good few years since they were last done. With the two new housing developments up the road dredging mud and silt along this road it is inevitable that they become prematurely full of debris and eventually block up, causing standing water along the road.
