Ok so l got a reply saying road isnt bad enough to be repaired then you repaired half of it. Now you say the other half isnt bad enough to repair but you say its ongoing. So the least you can do is fill in the potholes left in the middle of the carraigeway as you crest the hill heading down into Burwell heading to Louth just past the bit you repaired recently!!

A16 Burwell, 18th April
So you fixed half of the damaged carraigeway but left the rest which is about 30 feet away!! This needs sorting!! Also the rumble strip just outside the village Louth side is still there with signs saying its there but hasnt been fixed. I reckon signs have been there nearly 10 months. Thats barmy!!!

Why didn't you also do this a few metres up from where you have done a fix recently. Surely it would of made more sense to do at the same?

Yet again A16 Burwell STILL needs a new surface. What a state its in and yet you ignore most of the potholes and leave dangerous big holes on the briw of the hill. The lorries are rattling over it making loud banging sounds , its dangerous for bikes and noisy for residents !!!

You have fixed 2/3rds of the road through Burwell but there is still a stretch that is in a bad state. I cant believe you havent fixed it all at the same time?? Also the bit that has been fixed needs the white lines reapplying!

Brow of hill heading into burwell from louth, 23rd March
Large 2ft+ pothole surrounded by uneven road service. Causing vehicles to have minimum traction on the road.
Problem has persisted for years but tax payers money is wasted on fitting unessasery speed cameras rather than fixing the tarmac to a safe standard.

Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 18th March
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'Travelling north towards Louth. Just past Muckton turn and entering Burwell. Large steing of pot holes on left near the bend in road sign. Passenger tyre hit large one causing immediate blown tyre. Which was brand new having had a blow out from a pot hole on the louth industrial estate.'
