A16, Cordeaux Corner, Louth, 26th March
Contractors working on a site adjacent to the road have opened up an old field gate and are using to access in and out of the site. This is leaving a lot of mud on the road on a bend. Also slow moving construction vehicles could be a hazard pulling out on to the bends. This area has been the site of numerous accidents in the past. Another access is available which doesn't exit directly on to the A16.

A16 around North Elkington and Fotherby turn off, Louth bound plus some same area heading from Louth to Grimsby, 26th January
Previously reported multiple potholes along between North Elkington turn off and Fotherby turn off which you cannot see in the dark with oncoming traffic. This is causing drivers to drive towards the middle of the road to try to avoid and is very dangerous. I have just had to have 2 new tyres on the passenger side of my car as unfortunately hit them a few times. As a regular driver on the A16 I have a rough mental map of their location but sadly not always accurate! This is not only causes a distraction to drivers trying to avoid, but judging by the damage to my tyres, some a deep enough to cause a cyclists fall off their bike possibly into the path of an on coming vehicle. These are a potential threat to life! They have been there months now and only getting worse.

Very dangerous to cyclists and could cause significant vehicle damage small vehicles.
