URGENT: Large lamppost outside primary school damaged.", 6th May
A large new lamppost has been damaged, most likely by a reversing HGV, posing an imminent risk for pedestrians and nearby residents' vehicles (with the potential for a car to be damaged if it falls), especially given its location outside the primary school. The health and safety risk must be addressed as a matter of urgency to prevent an accident.
Additionally, I request the reinstatement of a large, heavy-duty cast iron bollard 2 meters away from the lamppost (see tarmac marking where one was previously situated). This will prevent further damage to the lamppost and protect children outside the school gate

Collapsing Manhole in road, 5th May
There is a collapsing manhole, with a raised cover as a result, in the road immediately before the pedestrian crossing outside Coombe Girls School. The location of the manhole is such that almost every vehicle approaching the crossing hits it. This is dangerous, a threat to pedestrians and motorists and could result in a serious accident were someone to lose control of a vehicle from hitting the manhole.

Parking nuisance, 4th May
I am resident in a new built and the parking is free in our road. There is a business just next to my building which repair cars and very often parks his cars on the road and leave them stationary for weeks, till they get repaired. Also, residents living around, park their second or third veichle on the same road and leave them also stationary for weeks or months. There is a campervan parked here since August 2023 that does not belong to any residents from my building. I have got a blue badge and, every day, i have to park far away because the whole road is occupied by NON residents. Although cars are allowed to park, i would like the Council to consider to make this road "parking permit" only because, as a matter of fact, there are more people in this road than they used to and the parking has to be regulated properly.

Lump in the road between traffic lights, 29th April
The lump has been getting worse and worse for over a year now. My house (and many more) backs onto fairfield north. This road gets a heavy amount of traffic which I knew when I bought it. But now my house shakes, the building, doors in their frames, windows etc. Whenever a heavy vehicle goes past. It doesn’t help that nobody does 20mph down this road either

Graffiti on walls around entrance/exit to A3, 27th April
There is some new Graffiti and I would also like to suggest that there is becoming quite a patchwork of paint which seems just to encourage new tags. A good pressure wash of this area and future cleaning will reduce the incidence. There used to be loads of Graf here 20 years ago and then very little until recently as it was pressure washed regularly and this discouraged new tags.

New Malden Library idverdi does not appear to want to clean up the rubbish in the landscaping and the lawn, 24th April
It appears the New Malden Library is getting poor service from the landscape gardeners that are working there they are refusing to pick up the rubbish in and around the bushes and have really not taken an interest in leaving the place in a tidy state the bin outside the library is also full of rubbish and there's no possibility of anyone throwing any more rubbish away
