Along the top end of Ongar Road and through the public walkway the fencing between the roads and the M25 sound barrier is severely damaged. The overgrown vegetation is also contributing to this issue.

Fly tipping, damaged fence and over grown trees along public walkway from Ongar Road to Church Road, 7th April
Between the public walk way and the M25 sound barrier there is excessive fly tipping and rubbish. The fence is severely damaged and the vegetation is extremely overgrown causing more damage to the fence.

The fencing is damaged and the concrete posts have tilted severely. This looks unsightly, could potentially cause damage to parked cars and making the area appear uncared for which is contributing to the fly tipping in the area.

Yellow lines need repainting to stop cars parking in emergency turning circle, 6th April
Council have cut back some undergrowth as locals told ticketing of cars could not happen due to lines being hidden. Today we had a working party and took a couple of hours to remove all the debris left behind by the council workers that still hid the lines. We cut back more shrubbery and exposed the lines which are in need of repainting . Would also suggest a large written “ Emergency vehicle turning “ be painted as on the other side of the barrier in Alexandra Road

I’ve noticed the drain cover looks cracked and every time a vehicle drives over it you can hear a loud cracking noise. Only a matter of time before the drain completely collapses.

Access gate to land adjacent to M25, 28th March
Hi, this gate is open and no sign of work personnel on the land adjacent to the M25. This location is at the end of Liberty Rise, Addlestone where the footbridge goes over the M25. Tried reporting it to the Highways Agency but redirected me here.

Missing SV cover, 28th March
