Ashley Park Road is a patchwork of potholes and repairs. There are three particularly large ones between Adelaide Road and Wynton Grove on a corner blind corner which is dangerous anyway..

Pothole repair collapsing, 19th March
Pothole was repaired in 2023 but subsidence has opened up the pothole again. In a very dangerous position as a traffic island forces motorists to change road position to the left.

Pavement obstructions, 7th March
Certain properties along Ashley Park Road have their trees, bushes, etc extending out onto the pavement. It makes it particularly difficult (almost impossible in fact) for 2 people to pass by each other. Number 11 Ashley Park Road in particular and the properties around it too. Can an inspector be sent out to review the situation and make an order for these properties to cut back their trees and bushes please? Thank you.

Rubbish on Pavement, 7th March
There is constantly some rubbish laying around the pavement. Food packaging. Takeaway wrappers. Train tickets etc. Can the refuse collectors wander down this whole street (Ashley Road) and do a cleanup? Thank you.

Travelling from New Zealand Ave to Oatlands Chase junction at roughly halfway point (don't know exact spot), I hit a large pothole that made a loud bang on my car's suspension.

Long stretch of collapsed pavement. Floods and fills with mud, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road of a busy, 40mph, roundabout. It’s been like this for years. Someone is going to get seriously injured.

Water Overflow, 24th February
There appears to be water flowing all the way down the road along the pavement. All the drains look blocked. So the water isn't going into any of them and just continues to flow down (in the direction of Hersham). Also cars driving on the road are splashing pedestrians walking by.

Large dip in road appears to be collapsed pipe or start or sinkhole, 22nd February
There is a significant dip in the road, and it appears to be caused by a potential collapsed pipe beneath the surface.
