Blocked drainage, 9th March
There a cast iron manhole cover in the pavement, which has had water pouring out of it lid for months now, causing it to flood onto the road. Even when it's not been raining. When it has been raining it increases the size of the normal flood puddle significantly.

Hedge overgrowth, 25th February
Not a pothole I reported the hedge not being cut on Clenchers mill lane months ago and still nothing as been done, it’s the farmers responsibility to do this. Every time you drive down the lane it’s hitting vehicle if bigger vehicles use it they are ripping the bank up. It’s terrible. Thanks

Big pothole just hit in dark will take photos tomorrow, 13th November
Must be deep as caused tyre to rupture at 20moh- single track road so hard to avoid. Heading towards Ledbury it damaged my front right tyre.

Flooding due to blocked drainage, 23rd June
The access road and public footpath keeps getting badly flooded quite deep. Need wellingtons to walk through it, rather deep for cars too. Must be due to blocked drain, as been like it for months now. The Excess water runs out onto the highway and along to another drain.

Rubbish & Tipping, 11th January
Major rubbish & tipping being left on kerbs inside the lay-by. Appears to be caused by daily overnight parking of two HGV's who then leave all human waste & packaging of food & other items. The Original Waste Bins have now been removed ?!?

Large hole approx four foot by 2ft could be larger., 1st April
I hit this and have crunched my wheel. Only going 40 mph. Could swerve at that moment as someone stood to the left and oncoming traffic. Managed to pull in and had to be towed home as so bad. Just annoying as that's a big hole. A person stopped to say that a villager had also hit it and done damage to their car a few weeks ago and that it's reported.

Road in Poor Condition, 20th April
Along this road there are numerous pot holes on approach, through and past the Eastnor right hand corner having driven from B4208 to the A449. Potholes are one issue but generally the road surface is in poor condition and causes severe vibrations through vehicles.

Several miles of resurfacing DESPERATELY needed, 12th October
From the corner by the entrance of the castle grounds the A438 towards Hollybush is DISGUSTING!!
GET IT RESURFACED NOW! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS LEVEL OF NEGLECT!!!

1.5m Network of Potholes at Least 6cm Deep, 7th February
At the west entry to the ford where Clencher's Mill Lane crosses Glynch Brook, the tarmac has been eroded where it meets the concrete apron of the ford, creating a network of deep potholes. For a permanent repair, perhaps consideration could be given to extending the concrete apron rather than patching the tarmac, as when the Brook rises, it comes onto the tarmac at this point? My understanding is that these potholes are 'just' in Gloucestershire, but that Herefordshire takes care of the highway as far as the ford on this west side.

18 inch pothole 6 inches deep in eastbound lane of A438, 21st September
The pothole was noticed yesterday (20 Sept 2016). It is very deep and jagged. The whole road needs resurfacing and being an A road should be in better condition
