Traffic lights fault, 26th April
A49 northbound at asda roundabout i.e heading towards the city centre coming from the south. Traffic lights are only green for a very short period of time meaning that traffic jams are often 2 or 3 miles in the morning for the last 3 days. Have timings been changed to these lights resulting this is a fault? Please investigate. Thanks

The no cycling sign has disappeared, 25th April
I noticed today that the no cycling sign has disappeared on the Nelson Street side of Victoria bridge. I have noticed that people ignore the signs. I wonder whether it would be better to put the signs up with a black, diagonal line through the cycle. Better no cycling signs should also be placed at both ends of Drybridge Passage. It isn't wide enough for pedestrians and cycles. Thanks for cleaning under the bridge here.

Loose manhole cover, 2nd April
Loose manhole cover on A49 Ross Road, when vehicles pass over it, it crashes down creating quite a noise, especially at night. Situated on the south side of the road ( going out of Hereford towards the callow) just past the Bullingham lane traffic lights. Near to the bus stop. Has been like it for about 2 weeks now.
