Multiple potholes - reported in December, 11th February
Multiple deep potholes were reported 2 months ago. Still no evidence of any safety markings or repair. These potholes have got significantly worse recently and may soon require the road to be closed. The cost to repair now will be significantly higher than had it been completed 2 months ago, when first reported. Urgent repair required please.

Several large potholes have opened up along a 100m stretch of road, causing damage to vehicles. These potholes have been filled on a number of occasions. Road repairs are urgently required.

Road surface washed away by heavy rain, 17th November
Ref job: 41219422. The road surface at the vehicle access to Scar Farmhouse has been washed away following the recent heavy rain. Asphalt has been lifted by the water and washed away. To repair will require cutting into the road to form suitable road shoulder and car access to Scar Farmhouse. A maintenance team filled a pothole nearby about one week again, but did not repair this more significant road surface damage.
