Tarmac appears smoothed over causing cars to wheel spin, 17th January
The junction is a very precarious exit from a very well used lane with a steep incline to exit and very limited view onto the 50mph road.
It is already a very hard junction to get out of and quite unsafe, however, the tarmac appears to be smoothed over where cars regularly turn right out of the junction. I travel this route several times a day (turning right) and have noticed my car wheel spinning when trying to exit onto the main road, which put me in a risky situation the other day. I have also had the issue in another car I drive. Today I noticed a van in front also having the same issue, which appeared to be caused due to a lack of grip due to the road condition. It’s only a slight wheel spinning but it is very nerve racking as the junction is hard to safely exit without the added grip issues. There have been many crashes in this location as the junction is already tricky to get out of as you have to do a hill start onto a main road with limited visibility (and often cars speeding!). As the road has now lost its grip, (I don’t think it was mud or ice but it definitely needs someone to observe it) it means cars trying to pull out are wheel spinning, delaying the time they are in a very risky situation for (you have to accelerate fast in case cars are coming!). I feel an accident may occur if the road is not looked at.

Footpath sign pull out of ground & discarded in hedge, 27th January
Witnessed an older thick set man with Merseyside accent, pulling the footpath sign up and throwing it in the undergrowth. It points to a footpath that runs alongside his property (St James House, Lower Bartestree Lane). I asked him why he’d done it but he shouted at me to mind my own business.

Signage sticking out, 22nd July
There is reflective black n white bollard signage sticking out in the road right on the bridge which is in danger of scratching vehicles whilst they are passing over the bridge. The bridge is very narrow for two cars to pass comfortably so the likelihood is quite high. It just needs correcting into position.
