The right of way CSG19/1 runs from Milton Fields to Albion Crescent. Over recent weeks garden waste has been dumped along the edges of the footpath. What three words ref ///cone.affair.format The waste appears to be coming from the nearby residential properties that back onto the footpath. This path is a route to school and the waste materials should be removed.

Ref 5740211 incorrectly reported as fixed., 28th April
I can conform the contractors attended the site at 78 Deanway, appeared to switch the street light on and off, left, were not seen adjusting the mis-angled light outside 71 Deanway. The lights remain as excessively bright as before. This makes for floodlit conditions at nighttime, in what is a village setting. On a personal level, the lights shine so brightly into my home, sleep is very challenging. Would be most grateful if this could be properly rectified as soon as possible. Thank you.

Small but deep pothole on narrow lane, 27th April
Just down hill of Maisie Cottage about 50x40cm and may 15cm deep. Difficult to avoid in car so perfect for punctures.

Deep pothole on car park entrance, 25th April
There is a new deep pothole full of water that is catching cars exiting from Blizzards Yard (it’s the entrance but due to a pothole on the usual exit cars are going both ways here). Invisible due to water but looks several inches deep.

Turning circle front of CHalfonts Community College, 25th April
Blocked drains and kids have to wade into the water to walk and full of large deep potholes unattended for months. Water stays on road for days/weeks and severe danger to tyres and children.

Opposite the The Olde Post House, 24th April
Road surface around the drain has broken away and the drain is now several inches above the road surface. This has bee reported previously and is getting worse. There are sand bags around the issue and a sign, but this needs looking into as it is still outstanding. A pothole very close to this has been filled but this has been missed. Please can this be inspected

Damaged Grit Bin - salt on verge and road, 24th April
The grit bin on the verge ot Tripps Hill Close in Chalfont St Gileshas been hit by a vehicle. The bin is smashed and the grit is strewn on the verge and on the road. Please can this be replaced. Thank you.

On Crossleys near post box junc with Seymour Road, CSG, 23rd April
There is a huge pothole in this location 22 inches long and about 2 inches deep, they have all amalgamated into one large potholes and these are suspension damaging.

A413 Potholes on the London-bound carriageway opposite Mill Lane, 22nd April
There are two potholes/patches of very rough surface which forces slalom driving, but if there's something parked in the inlet you risk colliding with it when carrying out dodge the potholes which are otherwise right in cars' wheel lines.
This is a heavily used length of road which should be being properly maintained esp. with the danger described above.

Water is bubbling up and out of drain cover, 20th April
This is not localised flooding as the drain cover is on a hill and none of the other drain covers nearby have water coming out of them so it looks like either a burst pipe or blocked drain
