Footpath 88 ploughed in and invisible from both ends, 12th April
The landowner ploughed the field which footpath 88 crosses diagonally and it is no longer visible, apart the the signs at each end, shown in photos. The ploughing was done more than a week ago and there is no sign the footpath line will be restored. The landowner has fenced the corner along Icknield Way & Football pitch, with gates, one locked which would lead to the end point of footpath 88 on Icknield Way. They may plan to divert 88 round the field perimeter.
