Road Failed, 9th April
Numerous large potholes along this road, especially bad after the bridge. Road has now failed in several places causing traffic to drive on the wrong side of the road on blind summit.

Bridge, 5th April
Bridge is really steep, it needs lights , two vehicles cannot fit on the bridge and you cannot see the vehicle approaching as the bridge is very steep.

Broken drain cover, 25th March
Half broken drain cover which caused a puncture to my tyre as I went over it today. Near entrance to Willow Farm. Unaware how long it’s been broken as I very rarely drive along this road.

Potholes, 22nd March
Quite a few potholes on this stretch of road heading towards Tring, from Lukes Lane to the Wilstone junction. Road is very narrow as it is with HGV's regularly using this road meaning cars have to get right over into the holes to avoid being hit, certainly unavoidable if cars are coming the other way

Pothole, 22nd March
Pothole on top of canal bridge in lane of travel of nearside wheel heading towards Watery Lane. You can't see the pothole to avoid it as the car goes down it just as you go over the top of the bridge with a shunt !! And you can't avoid a hole on a narrow bridge either..

Significant failure of the road surface at this location following recent flooding., 21st March
Large sections of the road at this location and +/- 100 yards from this point have failed. This has left the road covered in loose gravel (not good for cornering) and prone to additional damage from hydraulic action between passing vehicle tyres and standing water.

On the bridge three major holes no motorcycle woukd ever know it’s lethal . This area of riad was “fixed less than 2 weeks ago it’s just cracking to pieces where it’s be fixed . It is ridiculous and a driving hazard

Dangerous pot holes, 12th March
I have ruined my tyre today at 5:30pm on the pot holes just on the bridge I had no chance to avoid it and I was going extremely slowly as you have to do over those bridges. I have already reported these holes and now I need a new tyre

Possible blocked culvert under road, 12th March
The garden of Lock Cottage is flooding event during light rainfall and it is believed there may be a blockage in the culvert under the road.The Land Drainage Act 1991 states that the owner of land through which a culvert passes is 'responsible for maintaining the culvert to allow for the free passage of water, whether or not he is aware of the culvert’.

Just after the bridge heading towards Puttenham, 6th March
Massive holes in the road. They've been there for weeks. The previous 'repairs' disintegrated within a couple of days and the ability to drive around the side is now nigh on impossible as those aspects of the road surface have also collapsed. Cars often found with punctures and damaged wheels sitting by the side of the road following trying to traverse this nightmare.

Less Road, More Pothole, 6th March
This section of road has had numerous potholes for some time. Recent rain has worsened an already bad situation, with the road now more pothole than actual road. The potholes are growing daily and are now a good 18 inches across and 4-5 inches deep. The road is strewn with rubble making it a hazard in a braking area before the bridge. This will not be repaired by filling the potholes as the road surface is so broken up, that a new pothole will appear at the first heavy rain.

The issue has been present for several weeks.
These potholes have caused significant damage to my offside front and offside rear tyres. Which meant they had to be replaced.

Multiple deep potholes, 5th March
Multiple deep potholes in centre of road as you come over the bridge heading towards Puttenham. Just after blind bridge summit - cars are having to drive on opposite side of road to avoid these and they appear to be getting deeper and further across the road every day.

These pot hole shave been here several months, worsening over time. They are on the nearside heading towards Long Marson. Drivers are forced to drive into potholes because of parked cars from resident housing opposite.
