Vauxhall Agila, Silver, 5th May
FC03 FXZ. Vehicle was involved in an accident over a week ago. The other vehicle involved has since been taken away however this has been sitting parked up the curb on a corner of a junction (and outside my house) for over a week since the collision. Police were at the scene of the accident so will presumably be aware but it certainly can’t sit there forever! I assume the driver had no tax or insurance but that’s not my problem

Junction of The Common and Beechtree rd opposite the Bat and Ball pub, 3rd May
The Drain is totally blocked with silt to top of drain cover so rain water is unable to drain away. Every time it rains we get a lake of water which can’t drain away. This floods the pavements and floods road. So it’s unsafe for pedestrians as they can’t use footpath and have to use road to get round bend. Pushchairs and disabled trollies have same issue. How long will it take to resolve this problem as it’s been reported for almost a year. It’s not a leak it’s simply rainwater that can’t flow away down its proper way as drain is totally blocked. Please unblock this drain asp before a pedestrian gets hurt by vechicals avoiding this mass of water.

All the car park lining has worn away including the disabled space. The is a reirement housing complex with people who have mobility issues.

THe car park is littered with holes. The car park services the residents and the guests of the retirement homes. It is extremely dangerouse to cross the car park for the elderly/infirm.

Pavement in poor state of repair outside no.12, 3rd May
Jackson Court is retirement housing and the poor state of the pavements around this estate is a real cause for concern as many of the residents are elderly and/or infirm.

Pavement around the parking area, near the dropped kerb, 3rd May
The nearby tree is starting to raise the tarmac, which is cracking. making it very uneven. The footway which surrounds that parking area is used by all residents of the retirement housing.
