Small but growing pothole approx 30cm x15cm and 25mm deep on Penn Road which is in the driving line for vehicles turning into rose avenue when travelling eastbound.

Road surface condition - Amersham Rd, 26th April
The stretch of Amersham Rd, of the A404 to the recreational ground, is in really terrible condition and has deteriorated at a quick pace within at least the last 6 month. This has multiple large potholes and is breaking up in several areas. This may be hazardous to pedestrians and drivers and is an urgent matter.

As you come down Watchet Lane from Little Kingshill, just before the bend that always folds there is a very large pothole which my car went down !!, 25th April
Very large pothole…dangerous as people are swerving to avoid and going infront of oncoming traffic to avoid pothole damage to tyres.

Skoda in silver, 24th April
Vehicle abandoned outside my parents home. They are elderly and bed ridden and my father is being treated for end of life. Ambulance has problem reversing outside my parents house. The vehicle needs to be removed urgently very concerned this could effect emergency vehicles from parking while attending my parents.

Pathway potehole 1 foot deep, 24th April
Pathway has completely worn from poor patching in works previously carried out making the pathway highly un safe for walking pedestrians and especially when so close to the elderly homes.

On LHS on the pathway next to the woods between Park Lane & Eastern Dene heading towards Amersham on the A404, 20th April
Bag of rubbish on side of pathway includes rubbish, wipes & medical boxes (which could be empty!) but have the patients name on the boxes

A404 between Park Lane and Eastern Dene, Hazlemere, 19th April
A plastic bag/sack of rubbish has been dumped on the path. The bag contains prescription drug boxes (full or empty??) which could pose a danger to any person or animal that consumes them. As I did not have any protective gloves I did not look inside the bag, but there appeared to be other items besides the drug boxes. The boxes will presumably have a name and address on them which should identify the source.

Road surface on A404 Amersham Road between Park Lane and up to Inkerman Drive is in disrepair - as previously noted the surface has split and is now uneven.
