Road surface disintegrating, 22nd March
I cycle and the road has a significant gully in the road now. It is not possible to cycle in the middle, due to all the debris and the gully is in line with car tyres meaning it is getting worse. If I hit it on my bike it nearly knocks me off each time and it is hard to avoid. When it is sunny, you don't notice it as it is where you go into the shade. It's particularly dangerous for cyclists. I'm trying to get fit and not drive for just me but the roads are increasingly dangerous. Sweeping it too would make it safer.

Pieces of a plastic child seat, not easily visible. Probably part of the fly tipping reported in existing report ref no 5621692 (“ceramic & plastic”), but the PIN in that report is on the wrong side of the road (and there’s no photo). Waste team might otherwise not find this waste. Thank you

Series of large, deep potholes. Narrow Lane. Barely wide enough for car to squeeze by. Made worse by lorries, vans and tractors which cannot avoid. Cannot be seen when full of rain water. Near a bend, so cannot a anticipate if you don't know the Lane., 17th February

Large red gas bottle, fly-tipped on the left hand verge when coming from Chinnor towards Bledlow Ridge. It is in the opening at a 5 bar gate. Non-metallic. Lightweight; it felt as if made of plastic. Thank you

Multiple pot holes in entrance to nature reserve car park, 18th January
The road surface at the entrance and the middle of the car park at the end of hill top lane has multiple deep pot holes. This is in part due to the it being used as a turning circle for the council bin lorries. This part of the car park is controlled by the council with the far end and sides (parking bays) the responsibility of the wildlife Trust.
