Tree falling slowly, 4th April
There is a tree on the left as you head out of Kempsford which is getting lower and lower each day depending on how windy it is - will eventually collapse into the road but can't say when that will happen.

Talk of the village, 2nd April
Kempsford High Street near junction with Chapel Close. The High Street has recently been relayed but a pot hole appeared. There is obviously a problem with the substructure. The picture shows the 'repair' which was carried out a week ago. Apart from looking terrible on an otherwise smooth road, is this really acceptable and going to last. Didn't even fill the whole area !

Parking near junctions, 29th March
Due to cars parked between two junctions on a reasonably busy road a single lane has been created with no place to pass. The entrance to this road is obscured by the parked cars so once committed it is very likely two vehicles meet head on. One vehicle has to reverse into oncoming traffic. Highway code rule 250 states traffic should be parked at least 10 metres from any junction. The owners of these vehicles do not live in this road either.
