Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem, 22nd April
Customer reports that the drain outside of location is blocked. The rainwater downpipe appears to be blocked where it meets the mainline system. STW have attended and they state that it's not their asset.

Overgrown hedge on the public footpath, 13th April
The hedge on the public footpath on the road with 1,2,3,and 4 Hambutts Cottages is overgrown it is growing out too wide into the footpath past the private land they have planted the trees and it is too high blocking the light and also touching phone lines and our phones are not working - they have cut them but refuse to cut them lower and narrower affecting the residents around them.

Mud and stones causing damage, 11th April
This road is damaging my saloon car. The road is neglected and impassable. The build up in the middle scrapes cars and the bumpy debris are acting as potholes on top of the surface

185 cm wide pothole and 8 cm deep on and in the side of the road where vehicles pass each other and dip into the hole, 8th April

Drain blocked and water pooled too deep to pass through completely covering one side of the carriageway, 6th April
A46 heading south towards Stroud on the new speed restricted section just south of Painswick. The whole south bound carriage way is blocked with water too deep to drive through so traffic has to move over to the north bound carriageway. This is dangerous, especially on this section of road with a steep drop to the west of the road. Problem has been worsening over a number of months since road resurfaced
