The road surface around an inspection cover has collapsed leaving the metal edge of the cover exposed, 9th January
Approaching the B4035 on the Honeybourne Road from Honeybourne. At the crossroads the defect is located just prior to the giveway line. This is a dangerous junction, the scene of many an RTC, and the defect is on the approach to the junction in the area where braking occurs. The same defect was apparently repaired in October and November, poorly I would suggest to need repairing again only 1-2 months later.

The drain is outside the gates to "The Rectory" on Friday Street (north of the arrow placement) but your map would not allow me to put the arrow on that stretch of the road for some reason despite it being in Gloucestershire and a main road.
