Blocked drain in farm lane. Previous tickets on this are showing as closed but there is still standing water in the storm drain and the cover is off and red barriers surround the drain. Whilst I am told CCTV is going to be ordered to source the blockage no date is yet provided, 24th April

A pothole in road problem, 23rd April
I have complained over many years about the extremely poor state of the road towards the top of Leckhampton Hill quite close to Greenway Lane on the northern direction of the road.
There is a particularly bad section where there must be approximately ten potholes all joined together which is probably 6-8 yards long. Over the years the only repairs have been to “dump” more tarmac in the holes. Which doesn’t help much.
The stretch of holes now is so long and uneven that it is becoming more dangerous in that drivers are having drive in the centre of the road to miss the potholes. I use this road daily unfortunately and the number of near misses I see are frightening. Before long there is going to be a serious accident.
I would ask that some in depth investigation is carried out whereby instead of just “dumping” more tarmac into holes that the complete stretch is fully resurfaced.
There are hundreds of yards of roads in Cheltenham being resurfaced surely a section 6-8 yards long is not out of the question.
Hopefully this can be expedited very quickly for safeties sake.
