Pavement is worn away and broken up, 30th April
The LH pavement is almost gone and is basically an uneven muddy track between the junction with Old Bath Road and 2a Everest Road. The verge is also overgrown and needs clearing, levelling and turfing. The pavement outside 2a Everest Road is an uneven patchwork of poor repairs.

Tree is damaged problem, 30th April
Please attend after 2/05/2024, footpath that has had tarmac removed to inspect tree root as requested.
Defect should be barrier off too public.

No. 4 Gladstone Road white line, 30th April
Hello,
Our road was resurfaced last year, thank you very much. As a result the white lines outside our property (no. 4), which we paid for, were painted over. I assumed that, at some point, they would be painted back but they haven’t. Some other’s in the road have been done but not ours. Extremely poor road surface St Luke’s Place, 29th April
Extremely poor road surface on St Luke’s Place (short road leading to Sandford Park). There are numerous potholes, surface is uneven and generally is a poor state. There are also weeds growing all along the wall which runs parallel to the road. The surface has been like this for 5+ years.
