Hello. The persistent problem of potholes down Besbury lane rquires a review. Our car tyres have been damaged - likely a result of these.
Particular issue is the the t juntion of besbury lane and Love lane / and then continuing right down the lane there are several potholes which need filling.

Constant spring water / mud on pavement, 25th April
Bourne house wall on to pavement , spring runs fairly constantly flooding footpath . Will be well known as many previous reports. If anything it needs directing into drain grilles.

The road drain is blocked resulting in rain running down into our cattle grid and taking with it rubble and soil etc. The urgency is that cows from the Minchinhampton Common are due to arrive in May and they wander through the village. They would be able to cross the cattle grid and more seriously may get their legs trapped as they sink in the mud causing injury., 25th April
Corner of Box Lane beside the private drive sign. This problem has occurred before and you have very kindly cleared away the problem gravel and soil and cleared the drain. Many thanks

Vehicle restriction sign off it's post, foliage growing fast over it!, 22nd April
Narrow lane opposite "Rusland" you may think sign not needed by the look of the lane... But many have tried, gateposts & walls trashed with vehicles trying to turn etc

The sign is illegible problem, 22nd April
Email received 17/04/2024 - copy attached. A sign post at Tom Longs Post junction has been destroyed, be good if that was fixed too as cattle warning signs attached to it for turning out day on 13th May.

Deteriorated road surface, 22nd April
The stretch of road through tree covered area is becoming similar to a farm track unfortunatly.
