No. 4 Gladstone Road white line, 30th April
Hello,
Our road was resurfaced last year, thank you very much. As a result the white lines outside our property (no. 4), which we paid for, were painted over. I assumed that, at some point, they would be painted back but they haven’t. Some other’s in the road have been done but not ours. The address is [see contact details] Please can we arrange for the lines to be redone. Thank you.

Significant worsening of clanking drain., 29th April
The drain cover outside 156 London Road has significantly worsened following the 2 week detour of HGV's/traffic onto London Road. Contact attempts to Highways ignored for 2 weeks, no contact offered to Severn Trent regarding the issue. It's causing severe sleep deprivation (torture method) and it has been worsening since last year. Both organizations involved refuse to take responsibility and fix the problem. This is a 'statutory nuisance' (Environmental Protection Act 1990) causing severe impacts to mental and physical heath from long term sleep deprivation and the consequences of that.

Huge pothole extending in lenght and obliterating the double yellow lines., 28th April
Near to the Chapel, Chapel cafe and Chinese Take-a-way. The double yellow lines are gone and so people park their cars on a regular basis on a daily basis, the junction is dangerous and narrow!

Abandoned horse box, 28th April
On Oakland street outside the side entrance to the London inn, has been there for around 4 months not sure if it’s taxed or who it belongs to. It hasn’t moved but makes parking on the street harder for those who live here.

Reported before. You sent me an email to say it’s been repaired. No obvious sign to suggest it has been ., 27th April
Road surface in front of Croft Road junction is deplorable. Have reported it before. You sent me an email recently saying repair has been done. It hasn’t! Dangerous for drivers trying to avoid area and driving on to wrong side of road to avoid it and similarly dangerous for cyclists for same reason. Please don’t just fill one hole. Resurface and do the job properly. Will save time and money and future frustration if you do so.

Massive pothole as you enter Horsefair street( entering from area opposite brookeay lane), 26th April
As you join Horsefair street from Lyefield road east there is a massive pothole before you get to church piece.

Road marking need renewing, as promised previously, 26th April
The road markings need repainting, and ideally a yellow box or double yellow lines too stop people parking in a turning area. Bollards have been knocked down to stop vehicle reversing in to the property.The need replacing or fixing as damage keeps happening to an Elderly woman's house ( No36) Her fence/gate and wall have all been damaged and it happens on a regular basis, again to today, causing her much distress and upset. She has called but told to arrange online, but in her 80's and doesn't have internet or a computer. She has been waiting over 2 years and was told it would of been done in the next financial year, which has already pass recently.

Pothole on public access just off Croft Gardens, 26th April
Public alley between 40 and 41 Croft Gardens. Pothole has been there for a year or so but has got much bigger in the last few months. The alley way is used by cars, cyclists and pedestrians. The hole is large and difficult to see in the dark and when it is full of rain water
