The drain cover outside 156 London Road has significantly worsened following the 2 week detour of HGV's/traffic onto London Road. Contact attempts to Highways ignored for 2 weeks, no contact offered to Severn Trent regarding the issue. It's causing severe sleep deprivation (torture method) and it has been worsening since last year. Both organizations involved refuse to take responsibility and fix the problem. This is a 'statutory nuisance' (Environmental Protection Act 1990) causing severe impacts to mental and physical heath from long term sleep deprivation and the consequences of that.

Intermittent fault on pushbutton, 28th April
The pushbutton on the control box on the southerly side (Market St side) of the pedestrian crossing here seems to have a fault, which may be getting worse. A few weeks ago I pressed the button and it turned red, but a good while later the lights still hadn't changed, and I noticed the red light around the button had gone out, so I had to press it _again_. Yesterday I kept a close eye on it, and the red light extinguished _four_ times, i.e. I had to press the button _five_ times before the crossing actually stopped the traffic.

Blocked drain, 28th April
The drain pictured here is blocked as are a number of drains that are located around the roundabout. Would be good if all were looked at in the locality as must of the road gullies are already full of leave litter a mere couple of months since the road was resurfaced.

Blocked drain, 28th April
On Montpellier Spa Road near the one entrance to the pathway of the gardens there is a blocked drain causing a flood of up to 20 meters regularly reaching the middle of the carriageway causing cyclists to head into oncoming traffic when turning left.

After mild rain there always seems to be a lot of surface water that reaches the middle of the carriageway and causes cyclists etc to take avoiding action into oncoming traffic.

Blocked drain, 28th April
The drain outside the church is blocked following the road being resurfaced upwards of 2 years ago. It seems to be blocked with tarmac and regularly floods the crossing area. It may have been reported back in late 2023 and still it hasn't been sorted out which is a concern considering it's location.

Blocked drain- continues problem, 28th April
By play park. Cars have to swerve to avoid this and the grass is damaged because of it. This has been previously reported and nothing done. The state of Cheltenham streets and pavements are shockingly bad, local residents are ashamed and you do NOTHING.

Apparently this was looked at by highways Well obviously it wasn’t I shall be making a claim as to unable to get out of our drive like last time with the water ingress nearly into our houses How can we visit our disabled parents and daughter This is Rediculous Glebe road no 22-21 prestbury

Flytipped car wheel table and plastic, 27th April
Hi, there are multiple flytipped items on the overgrown space at the corner of Swindon Street. Theres a sign up saying CCTV is in operation and flytipping is prohibited but its unclear how enforcement is carried out.
Incidentally there was a commitment made by housing developers when they were building on Granville Street adjacent to this area that they would install community benches on the green for residents to use. This has not materialised and now the site is effectively derelict. Is there any possibility of requesting a followup from whoever had committed to improving the green space site? Road surface issues, 27th April
From train station all the way up to St George’s Road there are multiple pot holes, but not only just that the whole surface of the road is uneven, the whole tarmac is damaged and ruined. At some point the council really needs to start considering redoing the whole road instead of keep messing around and doing little repair in couple of spots and leaving the rest of the road. My car and others gets ruined every day driving through this road, it needs proper fixing. Many thanks.
