Storm drain blocked, water flow fludding feild, 10th April
The drain was covered by soil, I have removed all the soil build-up but can't lift the drain cover and the drain looks to be filled with soil. this is at the brow of a slope/hill and the water is missing the drain and flowing down the hill flooding my field and drive with soil and water overflow.
