Ditches need dredging and more importantly THE DRAINS in the roadside (lots), have been totally Blocked for MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!
This continually causes excess, additional and prolonged water to flow OVER and across the entire road!!! SHAMBOLIC and NOT Acceptable.
