A pothole in road problem, 24th April
I am informing you that I would like to make a claim from pothole damage in Dymock. This is the second rim I've had to send into the workshop for repairs less than a month between each incident, i can send invoices if you would like to see and be proven. The incident happened on B4215 just before the The Beauchamp Arms pub coming from Newent way. The pothole has now been repaired but when I hit it it had no white lines and was right where the wheel would be in the road and was very deep. I can send proof of no white lines on the night of the incident. If I could get more information on how to make the claim or would be able to receive a claim form or where I need to send photos if necessary that would be appreciated.

Drain cover on road is loose and rattling, 15th April
Outside Weyside Cottage there is a drain cover that is loose and loudly rattling. By the looks of it, it also looks unsafe to walk on.

Pothole just after cricket club by house, 5th April
Approaching Dymock 30 mph sign. Ongoing issue repaired and then appears again. I hit this pot hole in december and it ruined my tyre. Reported before multiple times but always seems just to be patched and not repaired. Will cause an accident.
