Going out of whitecroft past Kidnals Drive there is a wire fence thats broken and its right on the edge of the road for something to get tangled up in very dangerous its only a matter of time before it gets caught on a vehicle/motorbike/pushbike

Numerous Holes, 27th April
The road which is on the bend over the railway lines in Whitecroft going in the direction of Parkend has I believe been marked up before and the middle of the road is broken up and have not been repaired and the white paint has worn off and some of the uneven Road has not been marked if it makes the criteria
