Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem, 18th April
Customer reports a blocked culvert. They say that National Grid have recently been undertaking works on Damery Lane. They have dug a trench through the verge to drain water off. However, the water remains in culvert and and when it floods it washes into the road.

Large pot hole, 17th April
Outside Cosy Farm reported on Fix my Street, it was sent to Sth Glos, I had a reply from them stating that it was not Sth Glos, but Glos. Pothole caused a car to swerve to avoid it and nearly hit a walker. Three words location. sliders.captures.health

Overgrown Bridlepath, 16th April
The stretch of OAL 44 that is alongside the railway line and is the responsibility of the railway is not cleared to Bridle Path specifications. Nor is it passable as a footpath. It needs to be cleared to a minimum of 2m wide and 2m high. Horses and riders like to use this route but it is impassable and they have been seen to trespass on neighbouring farmland.

Previously repaired road, currently under water, 8th April
Cannot see the extent of the pot holes as under water, there are several and quite deep by the look of it. Cut through to river is in the wrong place so water coming down the hill has nowhere to go, and is sitting in the road.

Overgrown hedges and badly leaning trees, 19th March
Overgrown hedges making an already narrow lane even narrower, causing problems when pulling over for oncoming vehicles. Also dangerous for cyclists, walkers and horse riders. Also several trees leaning badly over the lane. Several have already fallen into the road in recent bad weather causing dangerous conditions on dark, winding lanes.

Start little bit after michaelwood m5 services, 14th March
Ruts on the road in like 1 or 2 miles are there around 10 months very dangerous for lorry !! Always I need move on middle line because I lose control of steering !!!

Drain / pothole. getting worse, 7th March
I have reported this before but unfortunately it has not been sorted. It is on the carriage way heading towards the M5. the hole is in the right tramline of the road. Please could someone go out to this and fill it in. to avoid it you round over the white line !

There is a massive amount of litter on the side of the road……it looks like a recycling truck has been emptied over the road.

Couple of very large potholes, 24th February
Hello. I would like to report the very dangerous state of a road near Charfield Meadow Nature Reseve. Whilst I was driving from Charfield to Tortworth on what I think is called New Street, which is a very flooded lane, fortunately someone in front of me flagged me down to warn me that below the flooded area was a very dangerous pot/hole as they had already driven through it and damaged their car. There was also another deep flooded pot/hole just before the railway bridge which leads onto Swinhay Lane. This needs immediate attention as it is extremely dangerous in my opinion.
