Unkempt rented properties, 1st October
The landlord (a local builder) who rents out Properties 10 & 10a King Street, has never maintained the exterior since moving tenants in a number of years ago. The tenants themselves have asked for the jobs to be done but still nothing done. It's important to maintain Properties not only for the tenants but also for the local community that wish for a tidy Street but are failed by lazy landlords that are more than capable of remedying the situation.

Filthy unmaintained former shop & rented houses never painted, 23rd August
Filthy unkempt former shop on Regent Street Dawlish. Used as a dumping ground for building materials for local builder who has the means to easily tidy up the derelict unsightly former shop but never has. Same with his rented properties a short distance away at 10&10a King Street. A lick of paint would not take much for a builder who's seen painting and tidying customers houses but never his own.

Dog poo constantly, 9th November
Massive issue with dog poo along secmanton Lane leading up to gatehouse school. Constantly having to dodge it, my daughter slipped in some today that was hidden by leaves and she had it all on her shoes, socks, leggings and coat. It's disgusting. I'm a dog owner and always pick up, there seem to be alot of irresponsible owners as everyday there is a new bit of poo somewhere. Most of the time it's not just one patch there are a few places.
