There is too much growth which is obstructing the cycle/ foot path.

First lay-by after turning off the A38/M5 going north bound to okehampton. Very slippery, almost lost control after pulling into the lay-by. Oil or diesel spilt on the surface. Very dangerous.

Deceased cat in fast lane, 20th July
Deceased cat in fast lane on A30 from the Ide roundabout in Alphington heading towards the split for m5 or kennford way. Our cat has gone missing and has same colours as her but could not stop. please take to get so can be scanned for microchip.

Pothole betw. M5 jn 31 & Kennford on A38 (S), 30th May
Big pothole I really thumped into, luckily for both of us no damage or sudden puncture. There really shouldn't such significant pot holes in fast lane of major route. Could lead to crashes due to swerving, severe braking, tyre failure. Please repair ASAP, and keep me informed of progress. Can't give you more precise location as driving at the time.

3ft long x 1ft wide and 1ft deep pothole, 26th April
This pothole caused my tyre to burst and cost me over a hundred pounds to get sorted. Please try and avoid. It looks as though it has been there for quite some time in order to get so deep. It's just past the Pearmore Farm entrance on the A379 on the Southbound Carriageway before you get to the garage on the top of the hill.

Lane 1 is closed on the south-bound carriageway between J30-31. No roadworks are being carried out and the road surface is intact. The lane closure is causing extensive delays on the approach.

Crack below bridge, 23rd December
A member of the public has reported a crack in the soffit of the the bridge deck on the south side of the bridge (SB lane). DCC structure inspector has visited the site and could see no obvious recent defect, there is evidence of cracking and past repairs where the deck has been extended to the south. The MOP has been informed that the report has been passed to NH. Please investigate.a

Numerous safety cameras not working correctly, 16th January
I have just tried viewing some of the cameras around J31 M5 as well as M25 around junction with M3. Either cameras are not working looking skyward, etc or around M25 completely black screens.

Graffitti - Eyesore as entering and leaving Exminster Village, 15th August
Graffitti on every post under bridge, and all along side of M5 barrier - Is a total eyesore as entering and leaving Exminster Village. Graffitti is spreading to other road signsand walls around the village and needs attending.
