Large deep pothole on A379 between traffic lights outside Powderham Castle. Vehicles are going to get damage and perhaps the council might not want the resulting claims, 3rd February
This pothole is on a major road and on a very narrow section. It has been there for a couple of weeks now. At least it could be filled with hardcore until it can be fixed properly

2-3 noisy manhole covers on Kenton Hill, 18th October
Two, possibly three noisy manhole covers on southbound side of the road, which clatter loudly every time a car passes over them. The sound is very disturbing for neighbouring houses.

Large pothole in Exeter bound direction, 16th January
Large pothole on the Exeter bound part of the carriageway, very hard to see ( due to poor street lighting) . Not sure exactly how big , but it's soon going to distroy my car at this rate.

Grit boxes, 24th November
The grit box located in Slittercombe Lane is empty and has been since last winter. Please arrange for this to be re-filled at earliest opportunity.

Bad Road Surface, 1st October
On the main road, from the top of the hill down into Kenton village centre, heading towards Exeter, the road surface has broken up and is posing a danger. To avoid the many nearside potholes, Exeter-bound traffic is swinging out into the centre of the road into the path of oncoming traffic.

Flashing bulb, 14th August
Coming from the direction of Exeter, the sign on the street light indicating 60 yards to the light controlled crossing is illuminated. One of the bulbs is flashing on and off continuously.

Poor road condition , 27th July
Series of potholes over about 50 yards of the main road (heading towards Exeter) forces vehicles into middle of road encroaching on oncoming traffic. One or two of these were filled recently but are re-opening
