20 inch potholes outside our drive and all along road, 24th April
Drew’s park has so many bad potholes everyone is swerving all over the place as they drive up and down the road. It is dangerous for children playing on bikes and skate boards as well as for drivers. Please come and fix them! Regards James

Speeding and dangerous vehicles, 11th December
When will the relevant Local Authority do something about the speeding traffic in The Strand at Starcross. At 7 a.m. this morning, whilst walking along the Strand, vehicles were passing me at speeds around 40 to 50 m.p.h. Also when vehicles approach at speed, they mount the kerb when something comes in the other direction. Please sort it before Pedestrian s are hurt or even killed.

Falling slates from roof, 3rd June
Previously reported 26/4/21, FS-case-329424891 refers. There are loose and fallen slates from the gable end of the lodge building immediately adjacent a 20mph Road, footpath and cycle track. I reported this as urgent as a falling slate could could injury or death. I requested updating on action taken ... no feedback received. The danger has not been attended. Futher action is required to eliminate the immediate danger. Please contact the writer for clarification or further details. Thank you in anticipation, V Baker

Street Light Numbered one is not working, 29th March
The fault has been reported twice over a three or four week period and has still not been fixed. I believe this light is very important as it is the only one lighting a very dark road

Large deep pothole on A379 between traffic lights outside Powderham Castle. Vehicles are going to get damage and perhaps the council might not want the resulting claims, 3rd February
This pothole is on a major road and on a very narrow section. It has been there for a couple of weeks now. At least it could be filled with hardcore until it can be fixed properly

2-3 noisy manhole covers on Kenton Hill, 18th October
Two, possibly three noisy manhole covers on southbound side of the road, which clatter loudly every time a car passes over them. The sound is very disturbing for neighbouring houses.

Large pothole in Exeter bound direction, 16th January
Large pothole on the Exeter bound part of the carriageway, very hard to see ( due to poor street lighting) . Not sure exactly how big , but it's soon going to distroy my car at this rate.

Large tree on the north side of the road has a dead branch high up, which appears to be attached only by a bit of bark. Potential hazard if it falls in high winds.

People leaving rubbish on pavement next to grit box in Church Street, opposite the Westbank Surgery., 8th September
In the first week of September, the Highways Department cleared rubbish from within the grit box and closed down the lid. Today, Tuesday 8th September, I have removed from the pavement by the grit box, one bag of dog poo, a pair of dirty old socks, and a pink plastic Spar drinks bottle. Will you please provide a proper litter bin, to be placed beside the grit box.
