Blocked drain, river running down the street, 1st November
Since the last storm, the culvert has been blocked outside my bungalow. Hence it is now a river. last night I was trying to put my husband's wheelchair in the back of the car, whilst stood in 3 inches of fast flowing icy cold water..... and I fell. I have Multiple Sclerosis. It's. been WEEKS now and no one will accept responsibility, if the weather worsens and it freezes, I will not be able to leave the house. please tell me who I sue when I break my leg?

Blocked Drianage ditch/stream, 25th October
Drainage ditch / stream that runs along the bank of the M5 is blocked with tree litter and mud. This is causing significant issues to the SWW infrastructure in the area.

Post cemented into Highways land, 25th August
Owners of no 3 Beare Square have cemented a post outside our property and attached a chained trailer to it on highways land. This greatly affects our parking and the post is cemented into land that we have upkept since 2008.

Road workers at risk, 1st February
At MP 245 north-bound, an operative was standing on the edge of the hard-shoulder adjacent to Lane 1 cleaning cones on the carriageway edge-marking. He was facing away from on-coming traffic. The cones provided a taper ahead of VarioGuard protection to an existing bridge parapet. The cones needed cleaning, but with some spare cones the operation could have been safely done from within the VarioGuard protection, placing cones on position after cleaning.

Flytipping in Layby West of B3181, EX5 4PW, 26th April
General rubbish dumped in layby including a glass windscreen on the edge of the verge immediately adjacent to B3181.
General rubbish in main part of layby which is falling down the bank. Meeting with farmer has requested that you remove rubbish from his field also.

Water intrusion into my house coming from the road/pavement High Street Bradninch., 18th December
A number of weeks ago i reported to South-West Water an apparent leak coming from my neighbour at 12a High Street. After telling me to take up my carpet/floorboards which i have done, they have told me that all their meters are functioning correctly and there is no water leak. They suggest that it could either water run off or a broken waste water pipe two doors up which runs under the pavement and empties onto the road. I live at 12 High Street.

Out side 14 Beacon Rd. Dog fouling, 29th December
Someone is letting their dog foul outside our house, it has happened two days running now, approximately around 12-30 to 1-30pm. It has happened other days at different times. It is a small dog we suspect by the size of the poo.

Hole in front of The Castle Hotel, 25th January
Hello, Yesterday I parked outside the Castle Hotel, Bradninch (there is a large pull in which is owned by the local authority and the responsibility of the highways department to maintain) I tripped in a VERY LARGE pothole which has gone completely throgh the tarmac and is now full of mud. It measures over a meter square. I have injured my leg and back as well as getting mud all over my new jacket. Please would you fix as soon as possible.
