Uncollected road sign etc, 24th March

Fri, 24 Mar 2017 11:31:53 +0000
50.761814 -3.352093

The sign, sandbag & cone have been abandoned for about two months despite my reports to DCC so it must now be equivalent to anybody else flytipping. This is a trend at least in East Devon where I see many uncollected signs - DCC should not litter our countryside anymore than anyone else.
