Unauthorised connection to highway drainage, 8th July

Multiple potholes along stretch of main highway, 29th December
This stretch of the main A39 (from Bucks Cross, heading east towards Bideford) was only resurfaced in recent years but is now deteriorating. Several attempts to patch previous potholes are also deteriorating already. Traffic can be seen dodging the larger holes along this main route in/out of N Devon and Cornwall. Several holes are larger than 40-50mm across and 40mm deep with sharp edges. The issue has clearly been present for a significant time as previous (poor) repairs are now part of the problem (see photos)
